TheraTrack includes a PDF export feature that lets users generate a summary of selected tracker data across a chosen date range. Users decide whether they want to share that PDF with a therapist or keep it for personal use.
2 / Does TheraTrack replace professional care?
No. TheraTrack is a self-tracking and reporting tool designed to support reflection and communication. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or crisis care.

TheraTrack is designed to help users keep a clearer record of daily wellbeing patterns. Users can log mood, anxiety, sleep, pain, anger, alcohol use, and custom habits, then review entries over time and create a PDF summary when needed.
